Study Objective:

Assess gentleness of the Clarisonic Opal Sonic Infusion System for twice daily use

Methodology:

• 30 subjects participated in this home use study
• A board certified dermatologist and board certified ophthalmologist examined the skin and eyes at baseline and after two weeks of use
• Participants cleansed their face using their normal skin care routine
• After cleansing, participants used Clarisonic Opal with the Anti-Aging Sea Serum for 30 seconds around each eye area twice a day
• Non-invasive skin barrier measurements (Transepidermal Water Loss, Erythema, Hydration) on the crow’s feet area of both eyes were also taken at baseline and after two weeks of use

Results:

• Improvement in the skin barrier (increased skin hydration: p<0.01 and reduced Transepidermal Water Loss: p<0.01) was reported after 2 weeks use of the Clarisonic Opal and Anti-Aging Sea Serum
• Dermatologist and ophthalmologist assessments confirmed that Clarisonic Opal is gentle for daily use
