About the Job

The website coordinator is responsible for supporting ongoing promotional initiatives for Clarisonic.com including new promotional releases, effective product merchandising and other web-related tasks. This role will work closely within the in-house Content Management System and with creative and IT partners to ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting or exceeding the business's expectations.​

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create project documentation as necessary to support various updates to the site.
  • Complete tactical work necessary for weekly site updates within a content management system.
  • Develop best practices for maintaining the company's website architecture.Proofread all web content including links, editorial and creative assets.
  • Ensure all web media such as video, images, pages, content and PDFs are organized and tagged accurately for search engine optimized keywords in CMS.
  • ​Maintains a consistent look.Compile weekly web metrics consistently.
  • Work with product team to coordinate efforts for new web product launches.
  • Duties include: gathering assets for imagery and obtaining product related details.
  • Follow weekly marketing calendar and proactively coordinate efforts to ensure timely launches.Notify stakeholders of site reviews and actively communicates technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Keeps current with emerging web technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outstanding communication and follow through skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Self-motivated, strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously and overlapping deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and operates with urgency, focus and discipline.
  • Interface effectively with all levels in the organization, and excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Beauty industry experience a plus.
