SUMMARY

Primary function will be to process and manage all retail sales reports.

REPORTING

Reports to the Director of Retail Sales in all areas of the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and track weekly and monthly sales by retailer, creating reports on sales by location and SKU
• Manage the Retail Sales Bonus sheet, updating monthly and providing status to Director and Field Reps
• Update the retail door ranking reports for each retailer on a quarterly basis
• Manage the Market Share report, updating quarterly
• Assist with production of Channel Review and Retailer meeting presentation slides
• Assisting Retail Sales Director to fulfill all needs
• Manage Retail Request email folder and fulfill all retail rep needs, includes processing free goods orders and sending contest units

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 year degree
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with Edifice reporting system not required, but highly preferred
