ABOUT THE JOB

Responsible for defining and documenting processes, developing and maintaining KPIs, supporting the MSL brand cells and routine and ad hoc MSL/affiliate analysis. Responsible for master data processes. Define the projects and action plans to improve the Supply Chain results. Ensure communication of the international catalogue.

REPORTING

Market Supply Logistics reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains processes, data (reliability, availability and coherence) and procedures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for MSL and Corporate Operations North America (CONA)
  • Affiliate information exchange
  • MSL ISIS, FUSION and affiliate processes (design and execution)
  • Accountable for global stock equation and inventory projection
  • Prepares ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Budget preparation and analysis (demand and stock equation)
  • Process documentation and improvement action plans with affiliates, factories and distribution
  • Responsible for training and skill validation, and adherence of new brand cells
  • Implement projects as required
  • Level of responsibility is differentiated by an individual's experience level and the scope and complexity of the business unit

QUALIFICATIONS

  • SAP or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, databases, macros, etc.)
  • Broad understanding of Logistics and supporting systems
  • Process mapping
  • Exposure to Finance and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues
  • Attention to detail
  • Appreciation of global markets and cultural diversity
