About the Job

The Digital Marketing Manager – International will serve as the liaison between the US Digital Marketing team and the International Digital Marketing teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and implementation of best practices worldwide across all digital marketing efforts.

REPORTING

Reports to the Digital Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and indirectly to the Vice President of International Business Development.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for educating in-country digital teams on digital brand guidelines for Clarisonic.
  • Ensure in-country digital teams have the assets needed for launch of Clarisonic websites, as well as on-going marketing and promotional support.
  • Develop a significant working knowledge of relevant back-end support systems by country to help ensure that front-end assets will work with systems in place.
  • Meet with in-country teams on a regular basis to share digital best practices for Clarisonic and consult on opportunities for continuing improvement of performance in all areas of digital marketing (site, social media, search, advertising, direct/email marketing).
  • On a consistent basis, share promotional calendars, social media strategy, email marketing plans, and associated results with in-country digital teams in inform their marketing planning and ensure a base level of worldwide consistency.
  • Develop strong working relationships with both International and US teams across functions – Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, DMI, Legal, etc.
  • Engage and encourage an environment that is fast moving, entrepreneurial and accountable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or higher required, MBA is a plus. 5-7 years of digital marketing experience with focus on consumer products. Experience working with international teams preferred.
  • Experience in the Beauty or Luxury Products category also preferred. Brand management and/or digital marketing agency experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects of a technical nature, particularly website launches and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and also work independently.
  • Ability to work in a networked organization and to collaborate with various departments and teams, promoting a respectful work environment while achieving results.
