About the Job

The CRM Manager has responsibility for the strategy and execution of customer segmentation, social media, social CRM, online media, and direct marketing. This position is critical to understanding and advocating the “voice of the customer” through Clarisonic’s online communities and will align internal and external partners for a holistic, customer-centric experience across all 1:1 marketing channels and media platforms.

REPORTING

The CRM Manager reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement overall CRM strategy, including personas, detailed segmentation, and social CRM
  • Partner with social media agency to determine and implement strategy for managing, engaging and growing Clarisonic’s social media communities
  • Determine direct marketing strategy including list growth, segmentation and email cadence
  • Identify and implement new email products that will educate and engage customers, as well as increase revenue
  • Partner with online media agency to determine digital media strategy with an eye toward innovation
  • Partner with Customer Service team to maintain consistency of customer experience across social media, phone and email
  • Become expert for Digital Marketing team on structure and content for consumer database(s)
  • Help maintain relentless consumer-centric focus across all customer-facing touch-points

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in a CRM (or similar) role, with focus on consumer products.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and encourage an environment that is fast moving, entrepreneurial and accountable.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with continual focus process improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and also work independently.
  • Ability to work in a networked organization and to collaborate with various departments and teams, promoting a respectful work environment while achieving results.
