About the Job

Shapes and communicates brand image, messaging and concepts for global and domestic marketing initiatives. Partners with brand marketing and external agencies to realize brand vision.

REPORTING - Reports to GM of the brand (DMI).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate the brand message and ensure its consistency across all channels and customer touch points
  • Explore different ideas and concepts in partnership with marketing teams
  • Interacts cross functionally with all relevant departments and external partners
  • Leads external copywriters to produce high quality concepts and copy that are original and strategically sound
  • Works with external agencies to develop global merchandising
  • Manages work and budgets to outsourced creative resources
  • Delivers work in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess an innate sense of our métier (style/fashion) with an ability to conceptually translate that into global messaging for packaging, promotions, advertising, public relations, merchandising, in-store environments, and electronic media
  • In-depth knowledge of global brand equity, management and marketplace; trend forecasting
  • Editorial and excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Mastery of the English language
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong project management skills
